“I feel very satisfied. When I have high blood sugars, Dr. Hsu tells the dietitian Sophia and she relays the information to me. They repeat information to me in different ways to teach me. It’s like going to school-good education. I don’t always do what I’m told, but I try. They are patient with me. Sometimes I’m not sure if I can do what I’m told once I get home, but that’s a separate issue. I appreciate the advice, care, and education. I am very grateful for the care here and I really appreciate being asked for my opinion. I feel cared for. I thank Tracy for the reminders and follow up calls.”
