Community members were back for workshop #2! This time they learned about blood pressure and ways to keep their heart healthy. 85% of those surveyed felt that there was a lack of nutrition education relevant to Asian Americans and that they could apply the information they learned today to their daily life. AADI is dedicated to learning more about community needs and to providing relevant nutrition and diabetes education for the Asian American community.
